||The State Office of Planning is sponsoring a Green Industry Permitting Workshop at the Japanese Cultural Center in
Honolulu on Tuesday, October 15, 2013, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. This workshop will familiarize green industry project
proponents with the ins-and-outs of county and state land use and environmental permit processes. The purpose of the
workshop is to help project proponents’ be prepared for the permit process and introduce them to tools and resources
available to assist in the permitting process. Workshop participants will be able to ask questions of state and county
agency representatives during the workshop.|
There is no charge to attend the workshop, but registration is required and seating is limited. Visit the
